Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with the products you order is extremely important to us. You have 14 days to try out and test your purchases. Please note: you can only return products that are unused and fit for sale. The products must have the original swing tags attached. We do not accept returns that are stained, used, or with animal hair, for example.
We charge for returns, regardless of the delivery method used
Finland (via Posti): €4.90
When returning products from Finland, please do the following:
Pack the product you are returning appropriately.

Take the parcel to a post office or Posti service point.
The parcel will be returned to us using a prepaid customer return ID. We will refund you the cost of your order minus the return fee of €4.90. We will refund you once we receive the parcel.
Suppose you only return part of an order, and the total sum is less than the sum that qualifies for free delivery (€100). In that case, we will deduct a delivery and return fee of €7.80 from your refund.
Undelivered parcels
Please note: Posti will store the parcel for 7 days. Not picking up a parcel is considered a return. We charge €7.80 in delivery and return fees for parcels that the customer does not pick up.

Abroad: the customer pays the postage for the return
When returning products from outside Finland, please do the following:
Pack the product you are returning appropriately.

Please note: you are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us. We will refund you once we receive the parcel.
Exchanges in Finland
We can change a product for a different size once for free.
Please contact us at store@purewaste.com or before you return the product to us so we can ensure the size you want is in stock.
The only way to exchange a product for a completely different product is to return it. Please return the product as a normal return, and order a new one from our online shop.
Exchanges from abroad
Replacement of the product from abroad takes place via a return. Return the desired product as a standard return and order a replacement product on our online store.
We always aim to deliver first-class products but sometimes need to improve. If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with us at store@purewaste.com or. When correcting claims, we are responsible for both the costs of the return and the costs of sending any new replacement product.
