From stock garments to customised production, we work with clothing brands, organisations, merchandise buyers and retailers. We aim to provide clear product specifications, material information and documentation that help you choose the right solution for your project.
An earlier cradle-to-gate Life Cycle Assessment by REMO BV assessed a specific 200 g Pure Waste T-shirt made from 60% mechanically recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester. In that assessment, calculated water use was approximately 99% lower and the carbon footprint approximately 50% lower than for the defined 60/40 virgin-cotton and virgin-polyester reference product. These results apply to the specific product, comparison and methodology used in that assessment and are not automatically applicable to every Pure Waste product or B2B project.
Transparency and documentation are an important part of how we work. We distinguish between company-level scope certificates, transaction-level product documentation and third-party social audits. Depending on the product and supply chain, supporting documentation may include GRS-related documentation and independent social monitoring. For example, Vardhan Apparels LLP, one of our manufacturing partners in India, underwent full amfori BSCI social monitoring by TÜV SÜD in May 2026.

Need ready-made garments for your team, event, merchandise or organisation?
Choose garments from our stock collection as they are or customise them with prints, logos or embroidery. The minimum order for screen printing and embroidery is generally 50 pieces. For smaller quantities, we can also recommend suitable DTF or DTG digital printing options.
Product composition, colours, sizing and availability are specified by product.
Our impact calculator uses historical LCA reference data and provides indicative comparison figures rather than a separate product-specific LCA for every garment or order.

PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION
Looking for customised garments made with recycled textile fibres?
In addition to our ready-made collection, we develop private-label garments according to your specifications. You can define the fit, colour, prints, embroidery, labels and other product details, and our team will help turn the specification into a production-ready garment.
Material composition, manufacturing setup, available colours, trims and supporting documentation are confirmed project by project. We can also provide design support when needed.
The minimum order is generally 500 pieces per product.

These figures come from an earlier cradle-to-gate Life Cycle Assessment of a specific 200 g Pure Waste T-shirt made from 60% mechanically recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester.
The study compared the assessed Pure Waste T-shirt with a defined reference T-shirt made from 60% virgin cotton and 40% virgin polyester.
In that assessment, the Pure Waste T-shirt showed approximately 99% lower water use and 50% lower carbon footprint than the defined virgin-material reference product.
